Privacy Policy

What this site collects right now
This is a static website. It embeds no advertising pixels or social widgets. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. The contact form is not connected to anything and is not displayed, so it collects nothing. That is stated plainly on the contact page too.
Hosting
The site is served by a content delivery network, which processes ordinary server request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in the course of delivering pages. That is inherent to how any website reaches you. If we enable any edge-level analytics or injected scripts later, this policy will be updated to say so before or at the same time. A privacy policy that contradicts what the server actually sends is worse than none.
If the contact form goes live
When the form is connected, it will collect what you type into it - typically name, contact details, property address and a description of the problem - for the purpose of answering you and arranging work. It will use spam protection, which involves a third-party service, and this policy will name it at that point. We will not sell your details, and we will not pass them to unrelated third parties for marketing.
Calls
The telephone number published on this site connects you directly to the independent local operator who performs the work. This website does not itself record or track calls. If call tracking or recording is ever added, that will be disclosed here and at the point of contact.
Getting in touch about privacy
Use the contact page. If something on this page does not match what the site actually does, we want to know - that is a defect, not a matter of opinion.
